This Article investigates dissipative preparation of entangled non-equilibrium steady states (NESS). We construct a collision model where the open system consists two qubits which are coupled to heat reservoirs with different temperatures. The baths modeled by sequences interacting system. can be studied in dynamical regimes: and without environmental memory effects. report that only certain bath temperature range allows for NESS. Furthermore, we obtain minimal maximal critical values current through Surprisingly, quantum effects play crucial role long time limit.
